This project's exterior wall material has set the Guinness World Record for "Largest Curved Thermally Fused Composite Stone- Glass". In December 2023, it won the Gold Award for "Asia's Best For-Sale Project" at the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, becoming one of only three Chinese projects to  receive an Asian Gold Award that year, and the first-ever winner in the history of Macao and Hong Kong.  

As a landmark commercial complex in Macao, it’s construction  area  approximately 80,000 square feet with curtain wall coverage of 2,200 m². The main structure comprises a unified 5-story building.  The project incorporates 24 curtain wall systems including vertical  louver curtain walls, aluminum panel capping, aluminum grilles,  stainless steel suspended ceilings, stainless steel copings, and  aluminum crown molding systems.
